Full Design 

Before I can dive into any new project I like to sit down and meet with you to assess your particular style and specific needs and also to determine the scope of the project.  Included in your initial consultation we will discuss any rooms and pieces that need to be included in the project and the direction you would like to go from there.

What’s included in Full Design:

• Initial consultation (discussion of your space and its’ needs, including budget, style preferences, any pieces that will be kept, and any other specifics)
• Access to my online design studio customized just for your project
• A full scale 2D and 3D concept floor plan photos, including specific furniture placement suggestions.
• Specific product recommendations for furniture, fabrics, window treatments, art and accessories. And tips for incorporating current pieces.
• Paint color recommendations
• Product source list (shopping list)
• Shopping assistance to purchase
• Assistance with builders/contractors/architects
• Final presentation of full design

Online Design

Every client has different needs and challenges, which sometimes means a different approach. This is why I also offer Online Design a custom and complete design concept including specs, source lists, floor plan drawings, concept boards and solutions sent directly to you!

This approach is great if you’re interested in a redo and your a DIYer but don’t have the budget to do it all at once or just want a fresh perspective; I’ll essentially provide the blueprint and you complete the project in a time frame you choose! The best part is that this allows me to work with clients all over the world — no in home visit required!

To get started this is what I’ll need from you:

• Pictures of the space you wish to redesign
• Room dimensions
• Relevant measurements (i.e. window placements, doors and openings)
• Client design questionaire
• Any other crucial info (i.e. furniture pieces that must be kept, colors/styles you love or loathe, etc.)
• Project allowance (budget) and lifestyle
• Pre-payment (retainer)

I’ll send you all the instruction you need to measure and photograph your space, as well as a few questions for you to answer to help me choose a direction for the design; once I’ve got all the information I’ll get to work!

Design and Color Consultation

This Design and Color Consultation is great for the person who wants nothing more than my advice. I will come to your home and you can ask about wall color recommendations, existing furniture placement or rearrangement, accessory placement or anything you may have design questions about. Maybe your unsure of what colors will work with your existing furniture, what fabric patterns are working together or what I would recommend for an empty corner in your living room…..the sky’s the limit, so ask away!  I do ask that before our apt, you let me know what types of questions you may have so that I can prepare before I arrive.

Accessory Shopping Services

I also offer accessory shopping assistance!  Accessories are the icing on the cake! They complete a room and make it feel homey! They are just as necessary to a complete room design as the sofa and chairs.  So if you aren’t sure how to update your home with accessories, I can help!

We first schedule a design consultation to meet you at your home to review your accessory needs.  Then I walk through your home with you to find out what area you will need accessories, take the appropriate measurements for each space then I go shopping!  If this is the type of design assistance you need, I’m here to help!

Shopping services are charged at an hourly rate and an estimate of costs will be evaluated at our consultation.

Design for Home Staging 

If you are selling your home and you are like most people, you like your home just the way it is.  Often it’s difficult to see the changes that are required to sell, but a professional incite can be the difference between selling quickly for more money, and your home languishing on the market for many months. 

The first thing you must remember is you want to SELL your house-not your STUFF.  De-personalization is a key step in helping potential buyers picture their things in place of yours.  Home Staging helps you do just that!
Staging comes in many forms. Staging includes recommendations for:

• De-personalizing
• De-cluttering
• Optimizing furniture placement to create a good flow
• Creating a warm, inviting space

What’s included in Design for Home Staging:

• Project proposal of design plan for the home 3 hour comprehensive consultation (discussion of your space and its’ needs, including budget, costs, any pieces that will be kept, and what needs to be put away to maximize your home,  measuring for floor plan and any other specifics)
• A basic floor plan ideas, including specific furniture placement suggestions for 1-3 key rooms.
• Paint color recommendations (if applicable)
• Shopping assistance to purchase or rent (if applicable)
• Specific product recommendations and placements for furniture, window treatments, art and accessories.  Also tips for incorporating current pieces you already have.  If needed, rental of furniture and accessories may be available and will be an additional monthly fee and priced per job. • Rental service recommendations if home is vacant and is based on a monthly rental program depending on rooms staged and amount of items required and time to complete the job. (subject to availability and extra hourly fee) We do not offer furniture rentals
